Our story began with a dream shared by two people who believe that celebrating life doesn’t always require grand gestures — sometimes it’s the simple things that matter most. A board filled with delicious cheeses and fruits, a sweet treat shared between friends, a refreshing drink, a moment to pause, laugh, and connect.

We are Karina (Kari) and Martin, a husband-and-wife team with big hearts and even bigger dreams.

Kari — and yes, I truly love being called Kari because it makes me feel closer to the person speaking to me — has always believed that hospitality is about creating feelings, not just serving food. It’s about making people feel welcomed, celebrated, and cared for.

Martin brings the same passion for connection and quality, believing that every gathering deserves attention to detail and a personal touch.

Together, we are two professionals who believe that it’s never too late to keep growing, keep learning, and keep building something meaningful. Amazing Graze Charcuterie & More became our way of doing exactly that — turning a dream into something we can share with others.
